Assuming you take only 2 levels of warlock and take spells like Hex and such that don't require your CHA modifier, seems good. Still requires a dex, wis, AND cha of at least 13 each. Seems like a waste when that at least 13 could go into con and call it a Monk, and have the option to multiclass into druid/cleric/ranger for some spell potential.

That's quite a challenge. Monks already with need good DEX, CON, and WIS, and with Warlock you add a CHA requirement as well. Plus, with multi-classing you will lose and/or delay ASI's. And medium armor and sheild profeciencies, or monk unarmored defense will be wasted. Kensei depends.
